Amir Ardalan Kalantari

Welcome! I am a PhD student working on machine learning. My research focuses on reinforcement learning, with particular interests in reasoning in large language models (LLMs) and biological systems.

I am currently at Mila and Université de Montréal, where I work with Prof. Sarath Chandar. Before starting my PhD, I received my master's degree in Computer Science from McGill University and Mila, where I was supervised by Prof. Doina Precup. I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
